We do not intentionally provide misleading product information, and nothing in these terms permits representations that violate applicable consumer protection laws.

Product prices and applicable charges will be displayed on our website or communicated before order confirmation.

Available payment methods include cash on delivery and bank or digital payments where offered.

Orders may be subject to payment and fraud-prevention checks. If a payment has been collected for an order that we subsequently cancel, we will arrange an appropriate refund in accordance with our policies and applicable law.

Price or listing corrections will be handled fairly and in accordance with applicable law and any commitments already made to customers.

Placing an order constitutes a request to purchase the selected products.

An automated acknowledgment confirms receipt of the order but does not necessarily constitute final acceptance.

If payment has already been collected, an appropriate refund will be arranged where required.

Discounts, promotional offers, and discount codes are subject to their stated conditions, validity periods, and product eligibility.

Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers cannot be combined. We may amend or withdraw future offers, subject to applicable law and commitments already made to customers.

Our standard estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on the destination and courier service.

Customers must provide accurate delivery details. Delivery estimates may be affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, but this does not exclude any legal obligations or remedies that apply to Red Thread.

Our standard return request window is 7 days from receipt of the order.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for approved change-of-mind returns. Red Thread will arrange or cover reasonable return shipping costs for confirmed faulty, defective, damaged-on-arrival, or incorrectly supplied products, as appropriate.

Nothing in these terms or in our other policies excludes, restricts, or replaces any consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Pakistan, including applicable consumer protection requirements in Punjab where relevant.
